In December 2024, Vorexia Ventures partnered with IIT Bombay's Techfest to deliver the Techfest Gamers League. Our team managed event planning, on-ground operations, production setup, and player coordination for the Valorant and BGMI tournaments. We worked closely with Techfest’s organizing team to ensure every detail was executed seamlessly.

We also worked with the Techfest Marketing Team to secure sponsorships for the esports event and the broader festival. Vorexia Ventures helped identify potential sponsors, strengthening Techfest’s marketing and partnership efforts while ensuring a seamless event experience.

In early 2025, Vorexia Ventures partnered with MINDBEND 2025, the annual technical festival of SVNIT Surat, to provide specialized services in contact mining and sponsorship support. Our team assisted their marketing division by identifying potential sponsorship opportunities and facilitating outreach to targeted brands and companies.
